Awful Program - Be Aware
I signed up for the auto subscription program to allow me to get the correct refrigerator water filter. I placed my first order and it was not the correct filter. I returned it and got a second filter, which was the correct one. I signed up for the auto subscription so that I would receive regular shipments however the incorrect filter was sent to me. There was not any paperwork with the shipment and no way to return the product. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.

They won't listen!
I now have 4 filters and they do not fit my refrigerator! I have spent countless hours on the telephone trying to straighten this out and NO ONE seems to have the ability to do that! I just want the correct filters and I surely do not need 4!
