Correct Part, Poor Packaging
The product I ordered was a Dual Broiler Element for my Kitchen Aid Convection oven. After ordering, the part was marked as backordered, then a few days later I noticed that it had been shipped. It arrived in a brown box that was pretty crushed, so was expecting the worst. As expected, the element and the oven top mounting bracket was very badly bent during shipping. Before returning the product, I decided to review some YouTube videos which showed machines bending the elements at room temperature before being used for the first time, so I figured I could do the same. Fortunately, with a small amount of force, I was able to bend the element back into usable shape. See pictures for evidence. Once installed, the element appears to work just fine.
