IMPOSSIBLE!
The glass arrived as promised however the nightmare then starts. I called for a repair appointment and told that whether it was 5 minutes or 5 hours the charge was going to be $300.00. I felt this was unacceptable for a10 minute install and requested to speak with a manager. That was on December 30th and still waiting! This has been a run around and pass the buck and no one wants to take ownership and returning my call. I have always purchased Kenmore and NEVER AGAIN! Is my new moto. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Signed, You lost a loyal customer if you care.
