Maybe this is the wrong spot to leave this review about my experience with Customer Sales, but after 1 hour and 45 minutes- several calls and asking to speak with a supervisor, I did not receive the parts I needed. I was clear about what I asked for (which included the need for the rubber feet) and I asked multiple times if the feet were included for confirmation. I was assured several times. Over $80 for 2 sets screws and plastic clips?! And my purchase still wasn't all I needed?!
