Great customer service!
Auger belt broke on 17 year old Craftsman snowblower. Of course it was on heels of a major snowstorm (25.5 inches in 24 hours). Got out old manual and called help line. Within in 10 minutes I had part ordered. Representative also led me to video on how to complete work. Blower fixed and working great. Great overall experience!

Don't know yet only got one belt
We kept ordering two belts the first two were wrong the second time one was wrong woman's right and third time it was wrong again you're supposed to have somebody contact me within three business days to go over it with me

All 3 parts were correct and fit
Needed the Auger belt and the safety key for the big blower and the auger shaft flange for the small blower. Both running like a top now

Installation WatchOut
The space between the drive/auger pulleys is very tight and the bolt heads holding each pulley down reduce this clearance even further. For the new belt to clear these bolt heads, I needed to use a long flat screwdriver to lift the drive pulley as high as possible. This was my only problem, but inserting the belt while holding the screwdriver proved frustrating, particularly in 0 degree weather! By the way, the original belt broke because ice had formed in the bottom of the auger fan housing causing the belt to slip and eventually melt.
