Filter has apparently damaged my water dispenser.
I've been ordering these filters automatically for about 5 years now. What bothers me is that the last one I got, I put into the fridge as usual. Ran the water through it and threw it away, as usual. The next morning, my water dispenser is not working. I tried to swap the filters back, nothing. I tried without the filter at all, nothing. I noticed that both the old and new filters were the same weight - and usually the new one is much lighter, so I'm not sure if perhaps I got a used one by mistake, but I will say that the only thing different is that we installed a new filter. That's it. It shouldn't have caused the entire water dispenser to malfunction. I will not be ordering through Sears Parts Direct again.

Refrigerator filter hard to find?
Unable to find my correct filter anywhere, except SEARS online so set up an automatic subscription a few years back & happy ever since! Great product, cost & quality too

Fast Shipping but Ugh!
Item arrived in a timely manner but was not properly wrapped with film. This filter may have been a returned item. Either way, it was not indicative of a "new" product and might be unsanitary. :-(
