There's a trick to installing the fuel line.
At first the job looked very difficult. The tube has to be passed through a tight hole from inside the tiny tank. I took a length of stiff wire (baling wire) bent in a U shape, passed it through the hole and up through the neck. Then I fed the tube down over the wire as far as possible. Very carefully pull the wire and tube up through the hole. Worked like a charm to my total surprise. Good luck.
