Gas knob is wrong part for Cooktop
Will not work on my Kenmore cooktop (790.33239400). Direction of indicator is in the wrong direction. The part number does match my parts schematics (316121804). I returned the part.

Real simple to install just pull old knob straight up, align the new knob and push straight down

Wrong direction
The stove top knob doesn't fit in the correct direction so it is not lined up correctly with the other five and it is not lined up with the turn-on choices. It works but is wrong...Very disappointing for the $61!
