Wrong part after waiting months!
I needed a fan motor for my fairly new refrigerator. I ordered the part by the part number on the motor I removed ( motor was so loud it was waking us up from sleep). They sent me a rubber plug! Very very very disappointed in Sears at this point. I can see why they are going out of business. So now after waiting months to fix my refrigerator I now still have to wait for the correct part once I actually speak to a English speaking human!
