Correct Part the First Time
Determination of correct part was done through AI and a decision tree. No contact with human being as far as I know. The process was not too difficult, as I had the correct data (model number, etc.) to enter for the search. The bulb came well packed and in a few days. Since the bulb was fora built-in convection microwave oven, I needed an appliance repairman install it for me. The process went smoothly, but was quite expensive (total cost of bulb and installation ended up being about $150). However, as far as Sears Direct Parts is concerned, I was very pleased with the process.
