Toaster handle
Handle fell off from cracking. The new one was super easy to install. Just push in and it clicked in place. The ordering was not good on the website. It did not send the email with the conformation. It also took over 2 weeks to get when the part was in stock.

Got the Correct Knob
The knob on my KitchenAid 4-slice Toaster broke (second knob to break) thus leading to the need to either replace the toaster or the know. The knob obviously won. However, having grown accustomed to Amazon deliveries in 1-2 days, a 7-10 day wait is entirely unacceptable. You need to step up your game.
