Great customer service
Customer service representative was super helpful. Helped me find a missing part on a 20 year old chainsaw just by searching through random numbers I could barely read. Great to have that help on a $30 part. Didn't actually replace the part yet but the service was great.

Skip this step if it's ok
Part was shipped and was exactly the correct one. The only thing that was wrong with the old pump was the nylon drive gear was basically worn out. The drive spring that goes around the shaft was difficult to get off and you always run a chance of damaging the engine seal. Easiest thing to do is put on the new pump leaving original drive spring, put some oil in it and fire it up before you put anything else back together and see if it oils, if so you are all done and makes it a very simple job.
