After waiting three months for window A/C compressor to come in, it was finally to be installed as per instructions by the repairman between 8-12. At 1:30 repairman called with questions about the job and then said he didn't have what was necessary to do the job. He said he "didn't know" what he was repairing. Are you kidding! It has stated in all my emails the exact part ordered and installation needed. After we waited well beyond the window of service, we now have to wait for someone else next week. Will that person have any more sense and knowledge of what's going on? Are the workers at Sears coordinated at all??
