Very good process
I received very good attention and service during the chat and I felt confident I was ordering the correct part. Order process and delivery took 2 weeks and the incorrect part arrived. I cant blame Sears though; other part houses can't get me the correct parts either. Seems the industry is replacing Craftsman lawnmower parts with Husquevarna parts because the part numbers are identical.
