Exact replacement of original
Contains screws and cover with locking screw which is really all that usually breaks, even though they are not shown in picture online. Locking screw (like original) is poorly engineered and screw strips easily from vibration if left slightly loose. Also metal thread comes out of plastic head making it useless. Used hex head bolt and a couple of washers as a temporary fix until new parts arrived. Otherwise trimmer is an excellent product.

Quick replacement
The old assembly broke, both the tighting knob and the teeth that hold the cover in place. Wasn't sure if this had all the right assemblies, until it arrived. A quick 5 min repair and good as new. Only thing was the new cover didn't have the start instructions on it. Minor issue. Overall a great value and much cheaper than a new trimmer,
