Factory Replacement - Worked Perfectly!
Had to disconnect and remove the key switch, throttle, hour meter and choke. After removing the console, I had to also remove the threaded studs from the old and install into the new before re-installing the new console. Not real difficult, but took a little while. (Getting the threaded studs removed from the old console was the most difficult part as the insert wanted to spin instead ot the studs unscrewing.)
