Wrong part supplied
Would not know. After dropping out of chat twice and waiting in line 3 times, salesperson picked and sent wrong part. Black door instead of white, it was for a GE microwave not a Kenmore, and physically wrong size. Had to go thru more hassle to return it. Shipping store 2 hr trip. Looks like you credited part price but stuck me for shipping $10. Go back to in person phone service and get people that can look up correct parts. Very dissatisfied. I used to like Sears
