Poor shipping and customer service.
Stated it was in stock. Paid extra for priority shipping three days. Three weeks later I received it. Had called and canceled the order because I was leaving on vacation. They shipped it anyways and left it on my front porch. Luckily my neighbor picked it up after two days. Called and they won't refund my priority shipping fees. Customer service is the worst I have dealt with.
