Item was just what I needed. Old unit would not start new one started on first pull. Lot cheaper then buying new complete unit.

Piece of useless junk
Difficult installation.as i have been working on small engines for over 50 yrs this was not a problem. The problem was no or lees than normal compression compression, engine could not be started without taking out plug band adding oil to cylinder and cranking many many times before it would finally start and run ok. But each time you try to start its the same situation. Called Sears parts direct and got the royal run around. would have been cheaper and less hassle to buy a new weed eater and not a CRAFTSMAN!!!!!!
