Oven temperature sensor failure or failed electronic oven control board

Check/Repair

Unplug the wall oven for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to restore power. If the code resumes after restoring power, unplug the wall oven and check the resistance through the oven temperature sensor from the electronic oven control board using a multimeter. Your meter should measure around 1,080 ohms of resistance through the oven temperature sensor circuit at room temperature. If resistance is off by more than 200 ohms, check oven temperature sensor resistance directly at the sensor. Replace the oven temperature sensor if resistance is off by more than 200 ohms. If resistance measured directly at the sensor is okay, then replace the wire harness because a damaged oven temperature sensor wire harness caused the control board to detect the incorrect resistance through the sensor. If the meter measured correct resistance through the sensor wires that connect to the control board, replace the electronic oven control board because it isn't detecting oven temperature sensor resistance accurately.

Oven door lock failure

Check/Repair

Unplug the wall oven and secure any loose connections in the wire harness between the oven door lock assembly and the electronic control board. Replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wiring connections between the control and the door lock assembly look okay, check the door lock switch by measuring resistance through the switch using a multimeter. Check switch resistance with the switch arm in two positions: pushed in and extended. If the switch is okay, the meter should measure near 0 ohms with the switch pushed in and OL with the switch arm extended. Replace the door lock assembly if the meter measures the same resistance in both tests because the switch isn't detecting the door lock's position. If the switch is okay, check resistance through the lock motor. Replace the door lock assembly if the meter measures infinite resistance through the lock motor.

Possible parts
Oven door lock assembly, wire harness
