It was cool and worked great and I got a backup when I bought it from Jerry's it was the last one on the Shelf it didn't have instructions and it didn't have that cap and it took me three weeks the figure out what was missing and I'm so happy that I was able to order that from you and you got it to me so fast I just wish I had the straight attachment instead of the curved one but 100% satisfied

the picture is wrong
The picture of the Line Trimmer Spool Cap is wrong. I ordered it and it is missing the two metal grommets that are necessary to hold the string in place. I reorderd thinking I had ordered the wrong part, but it is the same. The website says they are nonrefundable. That is not good customer service, especially when the S&H is higher than the part price!

Not everything o expected
The diagram shows the eyelets for the cover so I expected them to be included, however, they did not come with the part. I needed them as they old ones were lost when the old cover broke.
