Dryer repair
I ordered a 4392067 repair kit for my Kenmore Elite Dryer. Drum rollers fit. The belt 1 & 1/2 inch too short, drum belt tension too big. After explaining problem, speaking with numerous people, promised correct part's, received 3 of the wrong kits. They promised to get correct part's, at an additional cost. Should have sent me correct part's at no cost! P

Wrong parts and took too long
I put in the model number of the dryer I was repairing it came up I put in repair kit which also came up I'm trying to run a business the parts took 4 days longer than estimated delivery and then ended up not being the correct kit although the part number is correct

Repair kit was good except for the belt
The belt was the wrong size about 1/2' too small. But the rest of the kit was enough to make the dryer sound like new again. Easy to install thanks to you tube

Thanks to Youtube vids, piece of cake to replace parts. 8 yr old dryer works like new. Didn't realize how dirty dryers get. Cleaning inside took more time than replacing parts.

Not all parts correct in kit
Ordered a roller repair kit specific to our dryer model number. Rollers and retainers installed easily. Belt included in kit was too short. Used old belt. Dryer runs perfectly. Squeak is gone.
