Used broken parts
I hadn't had a problem in the pass with them. This time I ordered one door lock and I received two used broken door locks. One had a piece missing and the other had a clip that holds the wire in place broken off. The online return was nuts with no luck. I was able to call and went another way to speak to someone to get it returned. She was helpful right away and was able to get a return label Got my money back.

Not as easy as it seemed.
Was harder than the video. Be cautious unless you have small hands.

Relatively easy to install
YouTube video did not show entrie install lrocedure for our model and we had much more oarts to remove than video i dicated. Once we got old part out it was easy to install new and it works well. Saved over $800 dollars over cost of new washer and also saved $150 over appliance repair company. Total cost to us not including our labor approx.$180 including diagnostic by professional

Easy to install but very expensive
Got the part fast and it was fairly easy to install it after seeing a youtube clip. Not exactly the same part as the original but no problem fitting it. The only complain is the price, almost $80 (shipped) for a plastic latch with a switch in it is a lot.
