One screw. Easy to install
Installation had only one screw and clip to hold in place. It took less than three minutes to get drawer out, remove broken slide and replace it.

Rails without the screws
I wouldn't know. Still haven't been able to install because the screws don't come with the rails and it's been 3 months and still haven't received them.
