Cooktop burner knob
The knob I received in the mail is a miniature version of the knob I need to replace. The part number printed on the back of the defective knob doesn't come up when searched. So I ordered based on a picture that matched. Or so I thought. I guess it's my own fault. There was no packing slip or invoice with my order. I don't know who to contact to return/exchange. The knob was about $6, shipping was $10. This is why I hate shopping online. Looks like I'm going to have to eat this one...
