"Guaranteed to Fit" part did NOT fit
Sears Parts Direct chat assistant suggested a replacement part that was "guaranteed to fit" with delivery in 10 days. Not only did the part take twice as long to arrive (ordered 1/9; promised delivery on 1/19; instead arrived 1/29) but when I finally got it, it did NOT fit at all!!! I am returning this item today. I'm expecting a true replacement part when Sears receives this return at their warehouse and AT NO EXTRA FEES. Will see what happens...
