It was a perfect fit.
The only problem was that the screw holes were not tapped and it tool a while to discover that it needed a five sixtreenth standard thread. The advantage of tapping threads is that bolts can be turned from only one sniff of the deck.

The worst QC ever
The first part was used. That was not a big deal except the bearings were seized. I was sent a second part. It was new but the 4 mounting holes were never tapped. Because I desperately needed the part at this point I was forced to go purchase a tap. $25 later after tapping all 4 holes, it went together properly.
