Terrible customer service
I called customer service and ordered a drive motor with a live agent. When the package finally arrived it was the wrong part. I called customer service back and asked to exchange the part and wanted to speak with a manager. I was told that it would be at LEAST 2 hours before I was called by a manager....I never even received a phone call. Then the 2nd package arrived and it's the wrong part AGAIN!!!!
