Reviews
Fixed the problem
The single power side of the old switch had "blown", thankfully the wires weren't fried and this switch brought the cooktop element back to life on single and dual. Replacing the switch was not difficult, but not easy either. I had to use a large jeweller's phillips head to remove the screws from the old switch in a very cramped space. It was a balancing act to place the screws back in the space to lock-down the new switch, all while two others were holding the cooktop up so that I could access the wires underneath.

No hot food !!!
Took longer than expected due to range top we have glass top has all controls and elements attached to glass which make replacing a two person job one to hold upright top to access parts to replace. I guess this is common however some do it your self videos show glass removed with componets mounted to bottom half. case
