Sears Direct Customer Service is AWFUL
The wrong part was sent. The agent insisted the order part number I had was incorrect and sent me this instead. This is for the smaller oven. I need a CONTROL DIGITAL BOARD for the larger oven. I am on hold currently with your parts area. I was connected to FLOYD who was incapable of assisting me and would not speak to me and placed me bac kin the queue. I am furious beyond measure. Next I am calling my cc company and placing the $ + charge into dispute. I know Sears will call me back quick enough then.
