Quick and easy to install!
The refrigerator ice maker valve was very easy to install and I found that they even improved that design of this valve so that it is easier to screw on the inlet tubing. It works great and barely makes any noise.

not easy to install
this part was not an exact replacement. The old part had a male end that fed the refrigerator the new one a female input we had to improvise to make it work.

Wrong part # given to me by the technician

Water inlet valve
I have changed out many of these valves on Kenmore refrigerators. Installation is simple but the valves are often defective. This valve purchased did not work at all.. I ordered another one and hope it works.
