Not happy
Ordered part and within about an hour I canceled part, before it was even shipped.. Had to talk to some foreigner who couldn't speak English nor could I understand him, but I did hear out of he's mouth that part was canceled and I'd see a refund within 3-5 business days. So all is good.....no....they sent the part anyway and I sent back as soon as I received it, sears paid for the return shipping. So....when I finally got my refund sears parts direct kept the shipping cost it took for them to send it to me, even though I canceled part and they shipped anyway, it should be on them not the customer. Will never order from them again because of the way they handled the whole process.
