Poor customer service
I ordered new burners for all 5 locations on my stove. Sears sent incorrect parts and after 3 times trying to get the correct parts and waiting 5 months for parts Sears again sent the wrong parts. It would be nice if customer services had a clue in what they were doing. I will not be ordering from them again. Beware in working with Sears.
