I am Not a do it yourself error and YOU, SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENT PARTNER, has FAILED to call me yesterday WEDNESDAY, as your reps said you would!!!!I need a repair on the refrigerator. ....AS SEARS KNOWS! 1st, I expected sears call with a date for repair last friday, when I called SEARS, with 20 min. Wait, you told b evsesrs would call WED, YESTERDAY BUT.......NO CALL! So I will file a complaint with Consumer Affairs on your failure to honor my Protection Agreement. Unless you call me with a repair date within 1 week. I've been put off by your Reps 2 times within last 30 days, for a tech to arrive to fix the refrig. The tech who came last week for washer took a picture of the mess in refrig, so you KNOWS the trouble.
