Arm weakens and falls off
The split shaft of the arm weakens with several days of washing and drying. After a few days it falls of during the wash cycle.

perfect product
The web site could be clearer on the front end about how long the parts will take to arrive. When I first clicked to order I thought my parts would be in my home in 3 days due to what the web site said for each product. It wasn't until I checked back later that I realized that it would be longer. To be fair the web site did state the reasoning for the delay - parts coming from different warehouses, etc - but only AFTER I placed an order. If estimates are clear and accurate it allows the customer to plan accordingly rather than making last second / less convenient plans to visit a laundromat or trouble a neighbor to borrow use of an appliance. I was not in this situation, but if I had been I would be much more upset with unclear expectations. The parts are great - fit perfectly, easy to install. The web site was easy to use. Just make sure estimates are accurate PRIOR to the order.

Diswaher upper arm repair
The upper spray arm fell off. I bought a new one. It snapped in place but it too fell off in the cycle. Turns out the nut it snaps into had a flange that was broken off. I should have bought that part instead. I made a plastic wager that replaced the flange an that fixed it
