Reviews
over 20 year old tractor needed new steering parts
This part was easy to install, had to lift the tractor front fairly high to get the old shaft out front underneath.

Never even got the shaft
Make sure you need it before you order it, because if you order it and then try to cancel it the next day. You might get a long box in the mail, that is filled only with just a couple of pieces of brown wrapping paper, like I did. Yes you could send it back for a refund, but I don't think they would take back the ghost shaft. So I bit the bullet, used what I needed and got a few extra pieces, and some knowledge of only ordering what I really need.

Poor Service.
Got the wrong part. Have waited for the replacement for more than 2 weeks. Repair has been delayed by more than 6 weeks. Bad system that asks for a review before part is received.

Easy to install
It is best to view a you tube video first. Time was about 1.5 hours to replace steering drag link and blades and one mandrel.

Perfect fit.
It was identical to the old shaft (without the wear), and took about an hour to install. It gave new life to the steering on my old mower. I recommend replacing the brass bushing as well.

Time consuming to install
Front of mower must be raised up several feet to remove and install the steering shaft from underneath the mower.

No YouTube help for my mower, had to wing it
I replaced the whole assembly not just the shaft. It took 1/2 of a day, if I had to do it again it would only take a few hours
