Item does not fit
Three attempts to obtain the correct part. While this part is indicated to replace the original on the website, it is much smaller and will fall out. Customer service promised a professional will look into it and supply to correct part but the first order was just repeated at an increased cost of $10 from when first ordered. It needs an adapter to fit that I will have to make myself. This has been a 3-month saga.

Very easy - not problem we are in 0ur 80's and not
It was very easy to install for me and my husband, we are both 80 yars old and the only problem was getting the screws out at the beginning to remove the top to insert the filter.
