this is the wrong gasket for out dishwasher. I also believe the wrong gasket was in the machine when we bought it new, and this was a different wrong one.

wrong gasket

my gasket had a metal rod inside the gasket w/metal clips for mounting.... The new gasket was plain w/no means of mounting it to the washer cabinet...The sears person on the chat line said it was the wrong part ,but could not find the correct part for my washer.....now what do I do?
