Part for dishwasher t
The part is fine and was installed but did not help with the problem so we purchased another told by one of your saleslman ,Aimee for another $68.00 dollars that also did not help the problem. He insisted he was knowledgeable even as I told him it did not look like it was the problem but he sent it and now I need to send it back. Give me instructions for sending it back and receiving my money back.

Dispenser
Should ship with instructions ' or even if just a link to a video. Did a YouTube search but only found videos of similar parts'not quite the same. Otherwise, was able to install and it works! (I guess my other complaint is cost ' not a cheap part so it shouldn't have broken in the first place')

Easy to install, if you watch the video
It only took us about 30 minutes to install. We would definitely recommend watching a couple of videos before you start the install.

Simple to Install
The video on the parts website was spot on. It took a leisurely 30 minutes with some cleaning of the dishwasher while I did the repair. The part was an exact replacement so it fit well. The only caution I would make to DIYers is that it is easy to bend the stainless steel interior (if you have one) so be careful when removing the old dispenser and installing the new. Especially when you are pressing down when installing to make sure the new one is seated against the seal.
