Oem and only one I found, but fails over time.
Over time ice may build up, especially if the flapper below leaks or the weather is hot. The wiper will then jam. I've had to replace e this three times because the wiper is not strong enough and cracks around the shaft. At least they now sell this as a separate part. The price is fair, shipping adds a lot. In the past you couldn't get the part, but had to buy the whole assembly at about $150.
