Easy to install. Turn power off. Open touch panel
I had an F7 error code on my old JennAir oven, suggesting I needed to replace the touch pad. A youtube video suggested I should clean the contact ribbon with a pencil eraser. I did this and also cleaned the contacts in the old control board, ruining it. This new part went in easily and corrected the problem. It's nice to have a working clock again.

Part was not correct!!!!!
your customer service rep found the right one and is sending it to me. However, he said that he would be sending me a return label so I could get a refund, but I havent seen the label yet. Meanwhile I have purchased the part twice. Please help me get the refund for the wrong part sent. Thank you, Steve

Easy to install
We have replaced this part several times over the past 10 years or so. Always resolves the F5 code and intermittent heating problems. Not this time. So I also replaced the heating sensor. Didn't solve it either.
