REPLACE:Refrigerator Crisper Drawer Cover Assembly
It was easy to install and only took 20 minutes. The product design is cheesy and flawed. Rollers screw into plastic assembly which tends to crack. The entire assembly should be METAL, not just the shelf brackets. Very expensive part for what you get (cheap plastic) . I hope it doesn't break again. SEARS had it cheapest of all (just under $100 delivered with tax after coupon)

Shelf/Crisper Drawer
The brackets and wheels are not included. You will have to removed the brackets from original, which was easy. We had to replace this piece because the plastic that supports the wheels broke. Poor design and costly piece to support the crisper drawer.

Metal inserts where the rollers go into the plasti
You need to put the rollers on both pieces the upper and the lower. The lower came with the rollers but not the upper part. You also need to put a metal piece where the roller go into the plastic so it doesn't strip out. I would pay the extra money for the fridge just because of the extra strength in it as it is you can hardly put any weight in them shelves just because of the cheap plastic

Exactly as described, easy to install
Just be sure to order the little nylon wheels, or the steel side panels if you need them. This is ONLY the main plastic/glass piece. Unless broken, you should be able to transfer those parts from the old one.
