Disappointed'wrong fit for the door bin
The door bin was too wide. Not sure why this happened as I entered the correct model # of the refrigerator. Also ordered a shelf and that fit perfectly. How can I return or exchange the door bin?

THe part fit. My only complaint is the call center. Trying to get to a person to discuss problems which I have had with 2 other orders is near to difficult. I have to contact a person in orders then get transferred to ordered parts for issues with parts delivered. Takes up way to much time!

Door basket on Kenmore refrigerator
This is the second time I'm replacing the door basket in about 5 or 6 years. The basket is functional and convenient but the plastic is cheap so it cracks easily. I wish they'd make these out of stronger plastic.
