A bad experience
It was crappy. First of all when I ordered the dryer I told my 'advisor' via chat that I needed the appliance to work with propane. She assured me I'd get it and even charged me for the part ( or so I thought) . When the dryer was delivered the driver just dropped it off. No installation ( which I also thought had been part of the deal). It took me a long time trying to navigate the website to find a real person to talk to. Then I ordered the conversion kit which I was assured would arrive Friday and made arrangements for installation with my gas company. The delivery date got put off for three days. I will never get an appliance from sears again

The installation took about 1 and a half hours to install. The service pro that installed it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it took almost 5 weeks for the part to be delivered from the parts dept.. all toll, we were without a dryer for over 3 months!! Not a very masterful protection plan.

Parts prescribed did not fit
I provided make, model and all other numbers I had to Sears chat online, but the parts to convert my dryer from gas to propane did not work. Called Sears for a certified tech but was told they had no one to do dryer conversions. Frustrated and exhausted at this point.

It works
Instructions aren't that good, but you can get through it with experience. If your not a mechanic, machinist, or inclined that way I wouldn't attempt it. You also need specialized testing equipment. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH GAS HERE. I was successful, and took about 2 hours ( testing was the most time consuming.)
