Poor experience all around
A ridiculously overpriced piece of plastic, especially considering I had to pry the white trim off my old broken one to finish the new one. It took several months to arrive. I'm assuming it was back ordered for so long because so many people need to constantly replace these plastic drawers, which must be cheap to make despite the cost to consumers. Not a product experience I would brag about I were you.

Impossible to install
Wait for months and months for the wrong part to arrive. Not even the right brand of refrigerator. Can't wait for the sloppy business practices when I try to return this.

Remember to order the small parts
Perfect match for our broken drawer. Problems: Crazy expensive. Need to remember to order parts stuck to the drawer including roller wheels and humidity slide. Luckily we retained the wheels, but had thrown the slide away when the original drawer broke.

Reality of this purchase
The item is as advertised. It's only the plastic drawer. I did see many bad reviews of needing to buy other parts for this unit. That does add up to a decent extra expense. However, if you are like me and replacing an older or broken drawer, what I did is just reuse the old parts from the previous drawer on this new drawer. Even though it's a newer model, the parts still fit pretty well. For some reason my drawer leaves a very small opening in the top right corner, but it's not enough to make it a concern. May be because it's a replacement model. Overall happy with my purchase.

Broken and expensive
Our crisper drawer broke within two years of use and the new one already came broken. Not sure how well made these parts are...

Complicated and Misleading
The website doesn't tell you anything. For instance, the drawer is completely naked and does not come with anything. You cannot order the drawer in a 'Complete' status. After my 3rd attempt in ordering I have identified and paid seperatel for at least 7 different pieces needed for a complete replacement drawer. Installation is not difficult once you make it through the painful process of getting all of the parts you need for a complete replacement drawer.
