If you ever get the part, it's easy to install
They don't send you any connectors so off to the hardware store before you do your fix. Otherwise: 1) UNPLUG POWER, 2) clip existing wires at old thermostat, 3) crimp connectors on to wires 4) attach connectors to thermostat NOTE: you'll need a shorty phillipshead
