Parts don't work
Now we have received this part twice... both don't work. Only one way to install a switch, and it doesn't work... when I called, they were quick to send me a new one so I should have suspected that the parts were not going to work... and they don't. Wish I could get a switch for the stove that actually repairs it! Tired of pulling it out from the wall to try switches to no success... grrr...
