Poor customer service!
I called Searspartsdirect customer service a day after ordering the washer belt to cancel the order. I explained to the agent that I had ordered the wrong part and needed to cancel. She said that would be no problem and supposedly canceled the order. I was shocked to see a charge from my bank acct. a week later from Searspartsdirect for the belt! To make matters worse, when I looked up the return procedure I would have had to pay an additional $10 to ship the belt back! So I now own a belt to a washing machine I don't own and was told was canceled!
