Flimsy
The dispenser seems cheaply made and flimsy. The main detergent door is warped and does not close squarely. It is difficult to get the door to latch into the mechanism. Additionally, the entire unit is warped and does not sit flush. I have trouble believing this is a genuine Whirlpool part.
