Sears Direct made my part purchase easy with the interactive live chat. They confirmed the accuracy of my order and the price was lower than I found on other sites. The installation video provided all the information I needed to replace the soap dispenser on my dishwasher. The one thing that would have been a little more helpful would have been to list the sizes along with the required tools list, but it was not a big issue since I already had tool sets.
